Wedge Salad

I had never heard of a wedge salad until a few years ago. A restaurant I visit often added wedge salads to their menu. It wasn’t until I saw the pictures, they posted on Facebook of the wedge salad that made me finally diced to try it. The wedge salad was amazing. I am a lover of blue cheese, so since that first day I tried the wedge salad, it has become my favorite type of salad. I make wedge salads at home often now.

A wedge salad makes a great side salad to go with Steak, Sandwich’s, or spaghetti. You can also top you’re a wedge salad with shrimp or chicken and make it a meal itself.
