Looking for a simple, but yet delilous apple recipe, that can be made in as little as twenty minutes? To make these simple Southern Fired Apples you will only need four ingredients, a skillet or saucepan and twenty minutes of time.


Fried Apples are perfect as a dessert, side dish or can even be served as a breakfast dish.

Step 1:

Melt butter in a saucepan or skillet over medium heat.  Add Sugar and cinnamon, stir until sugar dissolves.

Step 2:

Add apples and cook until softened, about 8-10 minutes.

Storage:

Apples can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days. Fried apples can be reheated in microwave safe bowl for about 30 minutes.
