This slow cooked Macaroni and cheese is one of my favorite side dishes when I need to throw something together last minute. Just add all the ingredients to the slow cooker and cook on low for about three hours and you will have creamy and cheesy macaroni and cheese.
This recipe is great for weeknights when you don’t feel like putting alot of effort into cooking. Although, it does take a little more time than baked or stovetop macaroni and cheese, but it takes a lot less effort. You don’t even have to boil the macaroni, just add it in the slow cooker with the other ingredients.
