Slow cooker creamy ranch chicken is a fall favorite in my house. I don’t know what it is about the fall season, but I just love slow cooker meals this time of year. I guess it’s the shorter days and cooler evenings, that makes me want to cook warm and comforting meals. This creamy ranch chicken is one of those warm and comforting meals. And it is so easy to make. Just add a few simple ingredients to a slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours and you have dinner already done when you get home from football practice.

Potatoes– Use potatoes of your choice

How to make Creamy Ranch Chicken:
- Spray inside of slow cooker with cooking spray. In a mixing bowl mix together cream of chicken soup and milk.
- Add Chicken, diced potatoes, and carrots to the bottom of slow cooker, pour soup mixture over chicken.
- Cook on low 4 hours.
- (Optional) Top with fresh parsley.
