Corn Beef and Cabbage
2-to-3- pound corn beef brisket with seasoning packet
3 Carrots
large onion
3 large potatoes
medium head of cabbage
Mustard Sauce
4 eggs beaten
½cup brown sugar
⅓cup mustard
⅓cup granulated sugar
1cup vinegar
2 tablespoons Margerine
Instructions
Corn beef and cabbage
Dice potatoes, carrots, and onion into small pieces. Add to bottom of slow cooker.
Cook on low for 7 hours. Chop cabbage. Add to slow cooker and cook for an addition hour until cabbage and all vegetables are tender. Brisket is done when internal temperature reaches 190 Fahrenheit.
Mustard Sauce
Melt butter in sauce pan over medium- high heat.
