A cheesecake with marshmallows, pecans, and chocolate chips giving you the rocky road flavor. It’s creamy and crunchy, with a sweet and rich flavor.

The best part is there is no baking required and this cheesecake is best made ahead and refrigerated before serving. You will only need about 20 minutes of prep time, and you will have the perfect dessert ready to be refrigerated until you’re ready to serve it.

Ingredients:

Cream Cheese– The main ingredient of cheesecake is cream cheese. It is a must for making the base of the cheesecake

milk

whipped topping, thawed–

mini marshmallows–

chopped pecans– If you don’t have pecans or prefer another kind of nuts, you can use this in this recipe.

semi-sweet chocolate chips–

9-in Graham Cracker Crust– You can make your own Graham Cracker crust, or buy a store bought. You can also use a chocolate pie crust for this cheesecake.

Directions for No-Bake Rocky Road Cheesecake:

Step 1:

Beat cream cheese, sugar and milk in a large bowl with mixer until well blended.

Step 2:

Gently stir in whipped topping, marshmallows, pecans and chocolate chips.

Step 3:

Spoon mixture into crust graham cracker crust. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours before serving.

Storage:

This No-Bake Rocky Road cheesecake can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. You can also make it ahead and refrigerate for up to three days in advance.
