You only need five ingredients to make Mexican Corn Dip, and the best part is it can be made in as little as 5 minutes. Just combine all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix together. It’s the perfect recipe when you need to throw something together last minute.

Can you make dip ahead?

YES! This dip can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Make the dip as directed and place in a bowl with a top or cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until you’re ready to serve.

Mexican Corn Dip can be covered with plastic wrap and stored in the refrigerator or up to three days.

Variations:

If you want to make your dip spicy you can use Fire-roasted corn blend and Hot or Fire roasted Rotel.
