  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoon garlic minced
  • 1 Egg Beaten
  • 2 Tablespoon chopped parsley
  • ½ large onion
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Spaghetti and Meatballs

  • 1 24oz jar Pasta Sauce
  • 16 oz Spaghetti


  1. Preheat oven to 400 Fahrenheit (200 Celsius). Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-sick cooking spray.
  2. Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Using hands combine mixture well.
  3. You can use a spoon, cookie scoop or your hands to scoop the meat mixture. Form into 1 ½ inch’s placing on the baking sheet.
  4. Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Turn halfway though, so the bottom doesn’t brown.
  5. While Meatballs are in the oven. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add Spaghetti and a pinch of salt. Cook spaghetti for 7 to 8 minutes.
  6. Using a colander, drain spaghetti noodles.
  7. Return noodles to pot. Stir in the pasta sauce.
  8. When the meatballs are done add them to the pot of spaghetti. Stir to mix in the meatballs in with spaghetti noodles and pasta sauce.


The Ultimate Homemade Meatball Sauce

  • In the same pot, add onions. 
  • Let them caramelize for a few minutes, then add tomatoes. Then add garlic powder, bay leaves, and oregano. 
  • When a paste is formed, add seasoning (salt & pepper) according to your taste. 
  • Now bring the meatballs back into the pot and cook for 10 minutes on a low flame. Your juicy sauce is ready.
