These easy pan seared pork chops are the most tender and juiciest pork chops you will ever try. Boneless pork chops are seasoned, then seared in butter and olive oil for the most amazing, flavored pork chops.

Pan seared pork chops are so tender, juicy, and flavorful. A healthier version of fried pork chops, but just as delilous.


You only need a few simple ingredients, a skillet a mixing bowl. Mix ingredients into a mixing bowl, dip the pork chops to coat well, and then add to a skillet to sear until golden brown. You can have the perfect pan seared porkchops in minutes.

Serve pork chops with mashed potatoes or rice and a vegetable side for complete dinner.

  1. Using a paper towel, pat the pork chops dry on both sides. Season pork chops with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Set the pork chops aside
  2. In a large non-stick skillet melt butter and olive oil over medium- high heat. Add flour into a shallow dish.
  3. Dip each pork chop into the flour, coating well on all sides. Shake off any excess flour.
  4. Add pork chops to skillet. Depending on size of skillet you may need to cook in batches. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
