Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil.
Wrap 1 piece of bacon around each mini smokie and secure with a toothpick. Place smokies into a baking dish.
Melt stick of butter and mix in one cup of the brown sugar. Pour over smokies.
Sprinkle remaining brown sugar over the smokies.
