30 minutes or less dinner ideas for those busy weeknights when you’re looking for a quick and easy meal.
Somedays you just don’t feel like cooking a big meal. Or maybe your schedule is full, leaving you with little time to cook. My family are all about big meals. Being a work for home mom, I make 3 course dinners regular. But some days I am just exhausted from appointments, meetings, and housework that I hate the thought of having to cook dinner. Here you will find some of my favorite 30 minutes or less dinner ideas for those busy weeknights.
Ground Beef is one of my favorite meats to stock up on. You can make so many different dishes with ground beef. I like to buy it in bulk and then divide it up to make multiple meals. I often buy a 5-pound roll of ground beef from Walmart, cut it in half and make 2 meals from it. I have a big family, so I use 2.5 pounds when I cook meals. For a family of four you can make 5 meals out of a 5-pound roll of ground beef.
This easy weeknight spaghetti takes less than 30 minutes to cook, and you can ever double or triple the recipe and have leftovers the next night.
Sloppy Joe are one of my all-time favorite weeknight dinners. They can be made in just one pot in as little as 30 minutes.
Easy ground beef tacos that can be made in less than 30 minutes. These tacos are great for busy weeknights.
Meatball subs are an easy classic everyone will love. Homemade or frozen meatballs simmered in traditional past sauce, served on a hoagie roll topped with cheese makes for a delicious dinner.
Spaghetti and Meatballs is a classic comfort food. It’s easy to make, full or flavor and the whole family will enjoy it.
